Honey mustard chicken recipe with Dijon mustard and bourbon whiskey.

BOURBON HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients:
4 Chicken breast halves -- with the skin
1/8 cup honey (optional) omit brown sugar
1/4 cup Dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard or honey mustard
1/4 cup Bourbon Whiskey
2 Green onions chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 or tablespoons butter -- or margarine
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions:
This is a great honey mustard recipe with bourbon and chicken. Place chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper; beat the chicken breast halves, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Combine brown sugar - honey optional, dijon mustard, bourbon, green onions, salt, and Worcestershire sauce; stirring well. Brush dijon mustard mixture evenly over both sides of chicken breast halves. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for two hours or more. Remove chicken from marinade, saving marinade. Combine butter and oil in lg. skillet, and place over med-high heat. Saute chicken 3 to 4 mins. on each side or until done. Remove chicken to a serving platter, and keep warm. Drain and discard pan drippings. Add reserved marinade to a skillet; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over chicken. Source - From Sue Woodward a Honey Mustard Recipe
