Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon thyme, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small pan and
bring to a boil; cook for 2 minutes. Toss with vegetables such
as: peas, zucchini, spinach, broccoli, green beans, etc. Serve over
dish as a vegetarian entree or alone as a side dish. Makes about
2/3 cup.
