Ingredients1/4 can water
Worcestershire sauce
Dijon mustard
garlic powder
salt and pepper
Mushroom slices
1 - 8 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 ounces tomato paste
4 ounces sour cream
Preparation Baked Potatoes Stroganoff:
Sauté steak and mushroom slices. Mix in condensed cream of mushroom soup thinned with about 1/4 can water. Season with Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in some sour cream. Heat to simmering. Serve mixture over split and fluffed microwave-baked potatoes.
