Pete Honey Grilled Catfish Recipe.

cup honey
1/4 whole onion, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Texas Pete sauce
2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard marinade
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 whole jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1 pound catfish
Combine all ingredients except catfish; mix well.
Marinate catfish in honey dijon mustard sauce (mixed) at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
Barbecue or broil fish allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness
or until fish flakes when tested with a fork..
