COUNTRY STYLE STEAK RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 pound tenderized steak (cut into pieces)
salad oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
pepper (to taste)
2/3 cups hot water
2 tablespoons Lipton onion dry soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions: Brown meat in oil. Pour Worcestershire sauce over meat.
Add pepper. Stir water into dry onion soup mix, then mix
with mushroom soup. Pour over meat, and simmer covered for
45 minutes to 1 hour. (Makes 6 servings)
