All American Meatloaf Recipe with horseradish, dijon mustard, and brown sugar.

 

ALL AMERICAN MEATLOAF RECIPE WITH HORSERADISH

Ingredients:
2 pound Ground chuck or sirloin
3/4 cup Oatmeal
1 Onion
1/2 cup Catsup
1/4 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Horseradish
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 cup Catsup
1 tablespoon Horseradish for glaze
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Mustard (prepared) or Dijon mustard

Instructions:
Combine first 9 ingredients; shape into two 7 1/2 x 4" loaves. Place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup catsup, 1 tablespoon horseradish & remaining ingredients; spoon over meatloaf & bake an additional 5 min. Yields 2 loaves. NOTE May freeze the second loaf. Notes:
