A cream of broccoli soup recipe with onion and american cheese.

 

BROCCOLI SOUP RECIPE

Ingredients:
2 cups steamed broccoli (can use frozen)
1 tablespoon margarine
2 1/2 cans milk (measure in soup can) - can use skim milk
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 - 4 slices of American cheese

Instructions:
Steam broccoli. Saute onion in margarine until tender.
Add soup and milk. Stir until smooth. Add broccoli.
Add cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. Serve with
crackers.
