Ingredients
½ cup Hellmon’s or homemade mayonnaise 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons champagne or dry white wine 1 tablespoon spicy hot and sweet mustard ½ teaspoon dill weed
Preparation
Mix ingredients together and use as lovely cover for fresh steamed asparagus or broccoli or as a fresh vegetable dipping sauce. Makes ¾ cup sauce. Serving size may vary according to sauce’s use.
