1/2 pound package processed cheese, diced 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley or chives 1/4 cup melted butter 2 eggs, beaten 2 to 3 teaspoons prepared mustard 1 2/3 cups cracker crumbs (about 30 crackers) 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix together the cheese, melted butter, mustard, pepper, salt,chopped parsley or chives, beaten eggs and cracker crumbs. (If you like, add a little marjoram.) Shape like chops and saute until brown. These brown very quickly, so keep heat low.
