MACARONI SALAD RECIPE WITH CUCUMBER AND GREEN PEPPERS
Ingredients:
8 oz. elbow macaroni
1 small onion (chopped)
1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1 large cucumber (chopped)
2 boiled eggs (chopped)
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon celery salt
Instructions: Cook macaroni until done; rinse with cold water
and drain.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl well. Add salt
and pepper to taste. Refrigerate.
