Mexican Corn Bread with Peppers.


RECIPE FOR MEXICAN CORN BREAD

Ingredients:
2 cups self rising corn meal
1 cup milk
2 cups Cheddar cheese
2 - 4 hot peppers or 2 tsp. flakes
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 small can cream corn
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 medium onion

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour 1/2 of mixture into baking dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over mixture. Pour remaining mixture over cheese.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes
