Mexican dip recipe with Monterey Jack cheese and refried beans.


MEXICAN DIP RECIPE WITH MONTEREY JACK CHEESE

Ingredients:
30 oz. refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 large chopped onion
4 oz. green chilies
12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
12 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 jar salsa
1 cup sour cream
3 - 4 green onions

Instructions:
Brown ground beef with onion and chili powder. Drain. Spread beans
into a 9 x 13 pan. Layer hamburger, chilies, cheese and salsa. Bake for
25 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Top with sour cream and green onions.
Serve with tortilla chips. NOTE: This recipe can be cut in half.
