Ingredients:
1/2 lb. ground sausage
16 oz. (4 cups) frozen hash browns
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
Cheddar cheese - to garnish
Instructions:
Brown sausage in Dutch oven. Drain and return to Dutch oven.
Add potatoes and next 3 ingredients to sausage; Bring to boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in soups and
milk; cook stirring often until thoroughly heated. Garnish with
cheese if desired.
