16 ounces ground beef 4 cups cubed, peeled potatoes 1 medium onion (chopped) 3 - 8 ounce cans tomato sauce 4 cups water 3 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (use more or less if desired)
Preparation
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and soup has thickened.
