Put the pork roast in a large crock pot. Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Pour in vinegar. Cook on low for 12 hours or until meat falls off the bone. Remove from juices. Shred. Stir in enough drippings to moisten. Add garlic, salt, red pepper, Worcestersire, onion flakes, salt & pepper to taste. Cook for an additional hour. Serve with cole slaw or bbq slaw on bun.
