HONEY
MUSTARD WHISKEY GLAZED HAM RECIPE
Ingredients:
2/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 - 5 or 6 pound ham pre-cooked and still on the bone
Instructions:
In this recipe, combine honey, bourbon, salt, Dijon mustard, and cloves in small bowl
until well blended. Place ham, in roasting pan; brush
with honey whiskey clove mixture. Cover pan with foil and bake at 275 degrees
Farenheit for 1 hour or until heated thoroughly. Remove aluminium foil from ham and
increase oven temp. to 425 degrees Farenheit. Brush with honey clove and whiskey mixture.
Bake about 12 minutes more or until ham is browned well. Remove from
oven and place on serving platter. Pour extra juices over ham. Makes 10
